Product description Chinese Tea Dark Pu Erh 1 kg
Pu Erh is a dark Chinese tea that is gaining in popularity. Pu Erh is usually produced in Yunnan province from the large-leaved shrubs of the ancient Ta-jie variety, the infusion is dark brown, and the taste is typically harsh.
The earliest mention of this tea as we know it today dates from the 15th century. Pu Erh helps with digestive disorders, is suitable for weight loss (it is often referred to as a "fat burner"). It has a positive effect on the amount of cholesterol in the blood, it is also a good prevention against cancer. In addition to its positive effects on human health, Pu Erh also has a strong stimulating effect.

Recommended preparation of tea in a 0.6L teapot:
- Into the teapot, pour 1 - 1.5 tablespoons of tea so that the bottom is roughly covered
- fill with boiled water at 90°C
- leave to infuse for approximately 3 - 5 minutes (or more) depending on your taste
Preparation note: the times given are approximate and it is a good idea, for example, to sip a little tea after a certain time of infusion, taste it and possibly strain the whole infusion or let it continue to infuse. The tea should be to your liking, and if you prefer stronger teas, for example, use more leaves or extend the steeping time. Don't be afraid to experiment with the tea, it's the only way to discover the flavours that suit you best.
