Recommended preparation of tea in a 0,6 l teapot:
first infusion

• Place a tea tablet in the teapot
• fill with boiled water at 95°C
• do not allow to infuse for 3-5 minutes, Taste as you go and allow to infuse longer or strain, depending on your preference

second infusion

• again, pour boiled water at 95°C
• do not allow to infuse for 5-8 minutes, Taste during the process and allow to infuse longer or strain according to your preference

Note To prepare:when steeping, the colour already tells you how strong the tea will be, so you can slurp the tea as you go and taste its flavour, strength and aroma. Each of us is unique and therefore the preparation of each tea is unique. We can change the temperature of the water, the time of the process, the quality of the water (even if by thought or prayer), the vessel in which we prepare the tea.
