The leaves of this unique black tea are harvested in early spring from wild tea trees that are at least 50 years old. Harvest year 2012. The package contains the appropriate portion for the preparation of one multi-cup tea in a 0,5 l teapot. This practical package will be appreciated by anyone who loves the ritualistic preparation of tea in the countryside on the go, with friends or just for themselves.

Recommended tea preparation in a 0.5L teapot:
first infusion
- Place a tea tablet in the teapot
- fill with boiled water at 95°C
- do not allow to infuse for 3-5 minutes, during taste and let it infuse longer or strain according to your preference
second infusion
- again pour boiled water at 95°C
- do not let infuse for 5-7 minutes, taste during and let infuse longer or strain according to your preference
Note on preparation:when steeping, the colour already tells you how strong the tea will be, so you can sip the tea as you go and taste its flavour, strength and aroma. Each of us is unique and therefore the preparation of each tea is unique. We can change the temperature of the water, the time of the process, the quality of the water (even if by thought or prayer), the vessel in which we prepare the tea. It will taste differently in glass, porcelain or ceramic. Find your own way to the ritual and discover a creative process that you will enjoy!
