You can pick up the ordered goods in person at our premises. We will inform you by e-mail that the goods are ready for collection. The goods must be paid for in advance. Payment on the spot is not possible.

Whether you are a business partner or an end customer, always wait for confirmation that your shipment is ready for the pick-up.

Personal collection of goods - purchase of tobacco products and smoking aids - valid for end customers (B2C)
Please note that according to Act No. 65/2017 Coll. on the Protection of Health against the Harmful Effects of Addictive Substances, the seller is obliged to verify with end customers whose order contains tobacco products or smoking aids that the consumer purchaser or the person taking over on behalf of the consumer purchaser is not under 18 years of age, based on the presentation of an identity document (ID card). In the event that proof of identity is not provided, the goods will not be issued.
