Sales of goods to the EU (outside SK)

We will deliver your order quickly and reliably to any EU country, all at a very reasonable price in EUR. Our own wholesale warehouse guarantees immediate availability of the best-selling products and a convenient, fast and cost-effective purchase.

How to proceed

• We send goods to both business partners (B2B) and end customers (B2C).
• Ordering in our e-shops is carried out in the standard way.
• The order and invoice will be made in EUR

VAT on sales to the EU for businesses
• If you are a new customer and want to shop in our eShops, you must first register.
• If you are VAT registered (your VAT number will be verified in the EU tax number register), you will be invoiced without VAT according to the current EU legislation. If you are not VAT registered, you will be invoiced the final price including VAT.
• If your VAT number does not pass the EU tax number register, we will contact you immediately.
• All foreign invoicing is in EUR.

VAT on sales to the EU for end customers
• If you are a new customer and want to shop in our eShops, you must first register.
• We invoice the final price including VAT to EU end customers in EUR.

Payment method - personal pick-up of goods
• If you want to pick up the ordered goods in person at our wholesale warehouse in Brno, you can pay in cash (EUR, CZK) or use our credit card terminal (EUR, CZK).

Payment method - the goods are sent to your address
• We accept payments from EU countries only in EUR.
• You can pay the price of the goods by money order.
• We do not send goods abroad on cash on delivery.

Important notice:
• Payment for goods should always be made only on the basis of an advance invoice, not immediately after the order
• The advance invoice will be sent to you by email within the second working day after receipt of your order and will contain the details required for payment (account number, variable symbol, amount, etc.).
• Your shipment will be dispatched as soon as the payment is credited to our account

Shipping method
• We will arrange the transport of the shipment to EU countries with our contractual partners (in this case you will be charged a transport fee), or you can arrange the transport of the shipment yourself and pay the transport fee directly to your contractual partner.
• Our shipments are always well packed and protected against damage, if you use our carrier they are automatically insured.
• Shipments are dispatched as standard within 48 hours after payment has been credited to our account.

Shipping costs
• The price of transport is always calculated individually based on the current prices of the carrier and the size of the shipment, we always find the cheapest option for transporting your shipment.
• The price of the shipment will be indicated in the advance invoice.

Warranty, claims
• Warranty and claims are made in accordance with the laws in force in the Czech Republic.
• The terms, conditions, method and other details of claims are dealt with in the Seller's Terms and Conditions.

Protection of personal data
• Protection of personal data of buyers is in accordance with the laws in force in the Czech Republic
