Product description Herbal Tea Honeybush Supergrade 50 g
The Honeybush tea belongs to the so-called non-genuine teas. It is made from the bark of the Cyolopia intermedia shrub. After being collected and crushed in bags, the bark undergoes fermentation and acquires a reddish-brown colour and honey aroma. It contains a very small amount of tein.

Recommended preparation of tea in a 0.6L teapot:
- Into the teapot, pour 1 - 1.5 tablespoons of tea so that the bottom is roughly covered
- fill with boiled water at 90°C
- leave to infuse for approximately 3 - 5 minutes (or more) depending on your taste
.
Note on preparation: the times given are approximate and it is a good idea, for example, to sip a little tea after a certain time of infusion, taste it and possibly strain the whole infusion or let it continue to infuse. The tea should be to your liking, and if you prefer stronger teas, for example, use more leaves or extend the steeping time. Don't be afraid to experiment with the tea, it's the only way to discover the flavours that suit you best.
