Product description Hookah Bowl HC TryX Purple
It is glazed. The Spanish master potters chose a highly refractory fire clay to make it, and it has a raised centre with six holes in the middle.
HC TryX is a handmade trypo bowl - its center island prevents molasses from running down and tobacco from falling through the body of the hookah, similar to a phunnel bowls. In contrast, it has six small holes instead of one large one, which is more reminiscent of Turkish bowls. In practice, this means that using a TryX bowl will give you a slightly heavier draw and stronger flavour than a phunnel.
The HC TryX bowl is not compatible with HMS.
The HC TryX bowl is best enjoyed with 12-14 grams of tobacco. This amount should give you 80-90 minutes of full smoke time.
