Green Argentine maté (Yerba maté) with lemon flavour. It is also excellent chilled. Ideal for suppressing hunger, even when there is increased mental or physical exertion. Contains carotene, vitamins A,C,E,B1,B2,B6,B12,H, riboflavin, niacin, magnesium, calcium and many others. This typical drink of the Paraguayan Indians is valued mainly for its strong long-lasting excitatory effects. It has a positive effect on the kidneys, helps metabolism and has a positive effect on the digestive system. It is sipped from a special Kalabasa vessel using a Bombilla tube. It is recommended as an alternative to drinking coffee.

Recommended preparation of 0.5 litres of tea:
first infusion - pour 10-40 g of tea into a calabash with about 80°C boiled water
second infusion - pour about 85°C boiled water into a calabash
