Withdrawal Form

You can return goods purchased from us without giving any reason within the legal 14-day period from the date of receipt. This also applies, of course, to orders with personal collection. The right does not apply to orders made in the course of a trade or business, i.e. if your business registration number is stated on the invoice.

Instructions on the Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of withdrawal

1.1.
Within 14 days you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason.

1.2.
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods.

1.3.
In order to exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform the seller - SHANTI & Co. s.r.o., Zábrdovická 11/801, 615 00 Brno, email: info@shanti.cz, fax: (+420) 543255133 - of your withdrawal from the contract by means of a unilateral legal action (e.g. a letter sent via a postal service provider, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but you are not obliged to do so.

1.4.
In order to comply with the deadline for withdrawal from this contract, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal before the expiry of the relevant deadline.


2. Consequences of withdrawal

2.1.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal (excluding any additional costs incurred as a result of your chosen method of delivery being other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us).

2.2.
We will use a bank transfer to your bank account for refunds unless you have expressly stated otherwise. In no event will this incur additional costs to you. We will only refund the payment once we have received the returned goods.

2.3.
a) Receipt of goods
Without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from this contract, return the goods or hand them over to SHANTI & Co. s.r.o., Zábrdovická 11/801, 615 00 Brno. The time limit is deemed to have been observed if you send the goods back to us before the expiry of the 14 days.

b) Costs associated with returning the goods
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

c) Liability for diminished value of the returned goods
You will only be liable for any diminution in the value of the goods as a result of handling the goods in a manner other than that necessary to familiarise you with the nature and characteristics of the goods, including their functionality.
