White sage is considered a sacred plant, and for centuries, people have used its healing properties. It was used by Celtic Druids and many Native American cultures, and its white smoke has been used to purify and bless people and places.

Usage:

Prepare an incense container and fill it with a layer of sand or other insulating material to prevent the container from overheating.
Light the Sage bundle, let the leaves burn for a few seconds, then blow out the flame and place the bundle in the container.
Hold the incense container and a feather, fan, or other tool in your hands and walk through each room. Use the feather to direct the smoke onto the areas you wish to cleanse.
Wait until the herb stops burning.

Note: After using the incense, ventilate the room. Do not inhale the smoke directly.
